I did a sort of faux tuck, but don't like to fully tuck since it emphasizes my short waist and adds clutter at the hips and bunches when i sit. Higher necklines make me seem flatter on top, and im already small in that dimension, so i generally avoid them (aside from halter tops). Yes the jeans come up to my natural waist so there wasn't any bare skin. But they're a bit loose so should take them in when i can get over to the tailor! Ive generally gravitated to higher rises since im so curvy-lower ones make me nervous! When I start pulling my shirt down a lot, I try to make a mental note to wear it with higher-rise bottoms next time (if I have any). Close enough to my skin tone to flatter but just enough darker i dont look nude. The buttons dress it up, and its nice and streamlined/non bulky.<br /> The minuses: the neckline feels high when sitting, wish it was a scoop or v neck. And it feels short after wearing flowy blouses for the last 6 months. I was constantly pulling it down. Was considering duplicating in black and maybe mustard, but not sure.<br /> Kinda goes w time warp theme. 90s style top in 70s colors and late 60s embroidery! </p>
