The first time I did, I tried it on over my slouchy workout pants, and I was not loving the effect -- it was bigger than I expected, and the arms are a little voluminous. I actually had it in a bag to return.&nbsp;</p> <p>But I decided to try it on again over the skinny jeans I was wearing yesterday and realized styling makes all the difference.
