I have kept some shoes in the past that had similar issues, thinking they'd just ease up with wear, but I'm not willing to chance it for $190 booties. </p> <p>The quality seems OK, but not really worth the price, IMHO. The stiffness of the leather puts me off just a bit, and there is a bit of a puckering starting to form in the leather on the top of the bootie, even though I've barely worn them around the house. </p> <p>Back to the drawing board. This is pair #3 I've tried.
