Waist-surrendering. Also a good-fitting button-front fabric&nbsp;shirt in a crisp fabric--fitting at the shoulder or just a bit generously in the shoulders so there is enough&nbsp; &nbsp;in the body --still looks sharp over skinnies, I think, if in a modern iteration and not just a "big shirt". A silky-fabric blouse can fit more loosely because of the movement.<br />Some wrap tops may work if they aren't too empire-ish.
