I'd go with something light with sleeves. I'd wear either a blouse and wide leg trousers or a dress with a full skirt. The sleeves would help me feel more professional if it was an important meeting. I could see adding a light cardigan for indoors, or a linen/cotton blazer that wasn't too fitted in a light color. </p> <p>ETA, I do have one sleeveless white dress that I could see wearing and feeling good in at work. It's got a longer skirt, which I think balances it out.
