It's sleeveless, so ideally I need to wear a topper (in addition to my coat). It's also raining, so I am going to wear these black waterproof boots. I'm wearing dangly black rhinestone earrings, in hopes of bookending the boots, but am wondering if either of these toppers works.</p> <p>Dress is wool felt. Topper #2 is a wool felt moto. </p>
