It looks like it's about the same length as your apricot top shown with the shorts, only with a straight hem instead of shirt-tail. If anything, you could go shorter on top length with skirts, I think. Do I treat them like pants, or do I emulate the skirt look because length is similar? Could I get away with something in between? Namely I'm thinking of the sleevelss aqua top I peared with a summer skirt in a recent pic. It's slightly longer than hip-bone length and noone seemed to mind it with the skirt, but would it be too short to match with my black shorts for a casula dinner out on a steamy summer night (like this evening, for instance)? </p>
