Love the colours and the overall outfit, but I think the shirt is a little too long here. You could try leaving the jacket open, and tucking the shirt in so that it blouses over, or perhaps even a half/semi tuck might work. Not too matchy matchy - the colours are fab! I think for me it is a combination of these factors. The texture of the blouse would be fine (for me)  if not so long. But I know you really prefer to wear tunic length tops. I also think that camera angle may be confusing the eye a bit. The proportions would work a little better if it were shorter. I don't mind the different textures though. I like the way you've used the colors in this outfit, but I think the white shirt is too long for the jacket. I would either wear a shorter shirt under the red jacket, or leave the red jacket off. And once again, the Queen of Leather jackets rules the court!  I am not sure about the blouse's texture with the pants and jacket. Take that with a grain of salt, however.
