I am the wrong person to ask - I'd say you need one more leopard item. I think if the rest is neutral it's perfect even for the non-crazy cat lady person.

I think it really depends, like others have said, on the individual circumstance and whether you want to match. You said "too" matchy....does that mean you like to match but don't want to go overboard?

I agree with the others.
Personally I am loving animal print at the moment, and prefer to wear one item so it really 'pops'.
Having said this I recently wore an animal print tunic with matching shoes!
I guess it depends on the actual outfit, so maybe pics would be in order here.

I am personally in love with matchy-matchy, so I could see myself doing this for sure. All of that being said, I think it's ultimately in how you style the items e.g. having a small portion of the shoe in view under a pant vs. having it totally exposed (what MNsara said!), as well as a clutch versus a cross-body bag. Can you post a pic?

It depends - are they exact matches and do you like matching? If they're different from each other, that's probably easiest and more on trend.

I began using more than a single animal print thing when pattern mixing really took hold, BUT I usually keep them in small doses if there's more than one, i.e. belt and scarf, or shoes and belt. If the whole shoe is exposed, that's more leopard than a peek of toes from under trousers.

Not sure if it's too much, but it does certainly qualify as matchy matchy. Some of us like to be matchy matchy, so just depends on your preference I think.

Is it too much to wear leopard print pumps and carry a leopard print clutch? I don't want to look too matchy matchy!
