That is a lovely belt or waist detail on the skirt. Fab-u! I'm not sure if the skinny pants lend themselves to tucking or not (sometimes the waistband is too low and the top blouses weirdly). If so, untucked works just fine. There is something about tucking with a skirt that changes the proportions and I like it. I mix prints a lot or match by a "sense" of something the prints have in common plus use low contrast. So I wouldn't wear two large areas of distinct pattern that are the same. I might put, say, a solid textured purse with that outfit or a low key polka dot.
