Since they're being bred and groomed according to human body standards, what do they find attractive and unattractive in each other? What does the appearance of a show poodle, its coat, its facial features, its bone structure, communicate to other dogs? I was a massive fan of Jean Auel's " Earth's Children" series ( The Clan of the Cave Bear etc) and have read all the books more than once, I own them all still.
