You can almost always get Lauren by RL, Calvin Klein, and Anne Klein. I've picked up Rachel Roy, Philosophy, Fossil, Longchamps, and Franco Sarto. </p> <p>I like to capsule shop at these types of stores, quite literally filling my cart with items - and then whittling them down to a few gems. If short on time, I visit just one department - shoes or bags. I love how they order their shoes by size and bags by colour. </p> <p>It is an interesting market study to see what designers they get in store. When I first started being interested in fashion, my Winners carried a lot of Liz Claibourne. About 18 months ago there was a lot of Tahari. Last year Cynthia Rowley was quite abundantly. The downtown Boston ones for example have much more high end stock than the suburban ones. Lots of Vince, rag and bone, helmet lang, theory, etc. I've scored some great deals there. So I was surprised to find Frye and Munro footwear recently. Then this week there was an EF sweater<br /> From last winter, AT wool jacket, Polo blazer and several other " real" higher- end items ( not all things that I would particularly want, but notably good items).<br /> Wondering if this is just random or is there some intentional change in the mix? It definitely would get me in there more if the odds, like gambling, improved! </p> <p>ETA: Added a stock photo of the EF yak/merino sweater. I think I may have seen it at Dillard's, but not in my size. It's a good color&nbsp; as one of these indeterminate, medium-dark neutrals that fits my coloring, and is comfy. I am going to try it at home to see if&nbsp; it&nbsp;works with bottoms that "want" a shorter top and if&nbsp;versatile enough to make more than one outfit. Also&nbsp;will try &nbsp;over a black longer top ( sleeveless, shirt-collared top) with zips unzipped. Biggest pitfall is "EF goggles," if it is just one more random sweater.</p>
