				<description>&#060;p&#062;I thought of YLF when I saw a local news show that had a segment on how to stretch shoes that are a bit snug. &#038;nbsp;They did a demo on a pair of high heeled pumps. &#038;nbsp;The trick is the fill a ziploc bag with water and put it into the shoe. &#038;nbsp;Put the shoe into the freezer and as the water freezes and expands, it stretches the shoe. &#038;nbsp;The people doing the demo then broke up the ice to remove it so that the moisture from melting would not damage the shoe.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I have seen a few questions here about how to stretch shoes so thought I would share.
