Mostly this past year when the gym was open only half of the year . I’m not the model of consistency that I once was , and my body reflects that , but now that I’m semi retired and working at a world -class medical fitness facility , it’s is how I plan to spend lots of my spare time . I’m worried about bone density loss and osteoporosis . Despite what I look like in photos here , I have that body type . Deadlifts eh ?
