Many of the tops and jackets that have been in limbo are actually too short to wear with jeans or trousers, but I wear jeans almost every day. It was a combination of last fall/winter items that upon close exam just didn't cut it, and some summer items, not being worn (and now not for 2 years) and suddenly I could "see" why. I now have a very small amount of clothes left but all fit and are fairly ok. When I read the number of items some of the members have I feel a bit panicky as I have so few at the moment. However I am going to the US to Boston in October for three days of shopping with my sister. I have never been shopping in the states as I live in Ireland so I am looking forward to getting lots of clothes and visiting some of the shops that posters mention that we don't have this side of the Atlantic. I am trying to make a list so I won't stock up on the wrong stuff again. I am 5"1" so any suggestions from ladies who know Boston as to where I should shop would be very welcome. Believe it or not, that also includes two items that still have tags on, which are still in the return window, so they're going back to the stores. The first step is evaluating and purging what I already have. I also want to make another attempt at creating a "career" capsule.</p> <p>Anybody else embarking on a similar mission soon? </p>
