They were quite comfortable, though the zipper broke because I have muscular calves. </p> <p>The shoes you showed us are cute! It's worth a shot! I'm also enamoured of the idea of using recycled materials in production -- always a sucker for these! BUT....These are VERY expensive for me --- I didn't even dare to try them on. Which I'm now regretting. But can anyone speak for/against their quality and comfort? And of course, feel free to dissuade me if you see the frump factor at work! </p>
