I sprayed it on the stain and rubbed a little bit, and then threw it directly in the wash. The stain came out and it looked great. I have used Oxy Clean successfully get stains (sweat &#38; stubborn baby stains) out of whites - just boil water, sprinkle on some Oxyclean and let it soak for a bit (maybe an hour or so) and then wash at the hottest setting possible. I have only used this method on cottons though.
