I'm thinking of removing the decorative leather ornament on the metal pull for this reason. I've worn tall boots with tights for years and I don't remember ever actually snagging. I think it's because of the way I walk and cross my legs; the zipper pull just doesn't come in contact with my opposite leg. But if it's a consistent thing for you, it might be worth it to focus on back zips!</p> <p>For what it's worth, I'm more likely to snag tights or hose from rough spots/stitching/glue on the inside or edge of footwear.&nbsp; A&nbsp; quick hard rub with a good nail file has taken care of most of those. Does it drive anyone else crazy?</p> <p>Any clever hacks or solutions, other than only wearing leggings with zip boots, and reserving tights for pull-on/lace-up styles? </p>
