I would wear a slip, but I always do with dresses and skirts--I like they way the way a slip makes even a lined garment skim over the body. (My latest favorites are the ones by Commando--they are not clingy, static-y, or tight.) It's the right size. No need to try on the larger. Shoes are great; they make your legs look a mile long. I think your profile mentions you like wearing big earrings sometimes? Do you have some that go with the cuff? That might leave your neckline and shoulders clear for just the dress which is so beautifully done.
