It needs some color or texture. I bought a skirt, two sweaters and a beret for about $16.50. There was some good stuff in amongst the junk, including a Betsey Johnson dress (too big for me or I'd have snapped it up!)</p> <p>Anyway, I bought this skirt and sweater and wanted to see what you thought. The skirt is adorable, but it's definitely the shortest I'd ever wear. Do the tights make it OK?
