				<description>&#060;p&#062;Vicki, here's a little more JCrew love for you. While I live less than 10 minutes from an outlet, it's 50 minutes to a retail store, and it's a smallish one, so I order on line. Then I end up returning most. Essentially, I use my home as a dressing room. My JCrew card gets a lot of exercise.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I drove to the retail store last weekend to return 2 coats, a pair of booties, and a pair of jeans -- a big order that I didn't want sitting on the card. While there, I was chatting with the SA and made a comment about my growing relationship with the UPS guy and my distance from the store. She promptly pulled out her card and explained she is the store stylist, and told me that I should just email her if there is ever anything I want to try on and she'll be happy to ship it to me &#034;on consignment.&#034; I can just keep what I want and they will charge me then, and send back whatever I don't. Also, whatever I do keep? No shipping charges.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I realize this could be dangerous, and I also realize she saw me for what I am -- a JCrew devotee who could be a great customer -- but on the other hand, it also gives me an option for trying without buying. Which I really, really appreciate.

				<description>&#060;p&#062;Well now, you ladies have just given me more reasons to love J.Crew! Last June I was in our local J.Crew store and the SA ordered a dress for me. My credit card was charged but something went wrong with the order and the dress was not shipped. I called, they refunded my money and immediately offered me a $25 gift card. I'm still bummed about the dress, but the gift card does help ease the pain  <span aria-hidden="true" class="emoticon emoticon-smile icon-emoticon-smile "></span>

&#060;p&#062;Mr. Suz had an amazing BR story today. He ordered a bunch of stuff on the weekend on some discount or other -- only to find that things were further reduced the following day. He called up to get a price reduction and the SA didn't phone back yesterday (as promised). He called this morning to inquire what was going on, and the new SA gave him a further discount, plus a $100 credit. The upshot is that he is getting a whole pile of stuff in the mail for FREE plus a $27 leftover credit!!!&#038;nbsp;&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;Too bad I didn't place an order, also.... &#038;nbsp; &#038;nbsp;:)

&#060;p&#062;A few weeks back, they were on FINAL sale at a great price, so I re-duplicated. What I didn't realize is that they had relabeled their old &#034;muscle&#034; tanks to &#034;prima jersey&#034; tanks, so I was actually ordering a completely different item. On final sale, ugh.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;When I called customer service to explain the problem, the agent immediately refunded my money, no questions asked. But I still have the tanks at home, I said to him. No problem, he said, just take them to any store and drop them off. &#060;/p&#062;

Crew's customer service lately, because they seem so attentive and willing to offer discounts and free gift cards, when something doesn't work out. &#038;nbsp;Here are my three examples and I wanted to pass them along in case you run into a similar shopping situation or dilemma:&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;1. &#038;nbsp;I bought a silk blouse in one size and needed to return it for a larger size. &#038;nbsp;When I went to the checkout to do the exchange, the SA told me it was now on sale and I'd have a credit coming! &#038;nbsp;I walked out of there beaming.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;2. &#038;nbsp;A J. Crew shipment was delayed, due to bad weather,&#038;nbsp;in their tracking updates,&#038;nbsp;and there was no new ship date given, so I called simply to inquire when to expect the package. &#038;nbsp;The gentleman SA said that due to the delay that wasn't my problem, or J. Crew's, for that matter, he offered to send me a $25. gift card, which I can now use on another purchase.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;3. &#038;nbsp;Finally, earlier in the year, I made a phone&#038;nbsp;call to buy the blue version of the Thomas Mason for J. Crew tuxedo shirt and I had a friendly discussion with the online SA saying how much I loved the white tuxedo shirt I'd bought last year. &#038;nbsp;When I noticed that the price was higher this year, she told me she would discount it and I received a lower price and&#038;nbsp;free shipping, as well.&#060;/p&#062;
&#060;p&#062;I think all three of these experiences has kept me returning to J. Crew, both in-store and online. &#038;nbsp;Hope J. Crew is being good to you, too.
