I know that might be inconvenient, though, given where you live, so the next best is to order a bunch from some places with excellent return policies. Knowing the shape/ positioning of your breasts can be as important as knowing the band size and cup size (which may differ, anyway, between styles and brands). It can be difficult to shop for bras online but I have done it successfully. You can look up a bra that works well for you and see what others in your size might work. Lots of reviews.</p> <p>I am a 28/30 band with a large cup size, so Freya is about the only brand that works for me that offers adequate support. I lost enough weight that I went down a cup size, then discovered that my bras that had hooks to convert them to racer back solved that problem.</p> <p>You seem to be a standard size, but since it has been awhile you may want to be fitted in an actual lingerie shop or at least get out a tape measure. For every 50k people who adore a certain brand, an equal number would put the very same on their never-buy list. What one person doesn't feel can be irritating or painful for another. So IG reviews mean next to nothing for me.</p> <p>However, like Janet mentioned, I am sometimes motivated to seek out reviews of the brand from other sites to see what others say. If all of my requirements in a bra seem to be met, I might try it if there is an acceptable return policy.</p> <p>I am about a 32 DD and was shocked to learn that True &amp; Co. bras work beautifully for me. Bras are one of the worst offenders. I clicked on one ad and now I see a bunch of ads aimed towards small-busted women, which is just laughable (32G here). I keep hiding them, telling IG they’re “irrelevant.”</p> <p>The only bra I’ve tried after seeing it on social media is the Knix Catalyst bra, but that was after looking thoroughly at their website, reading reviews, etc. It IS a really good sports bra. </p> <p>My requirements are more, um, extreme than yours so not sure my recommendations would be helpful.
