The answer came after the end of the first period, unfortunately. They said the fabric is properly aligned. You could probably let out the hem a bit, but not the sides. But the fabric seems to have a slight stretch. They say it runs a tad big, two darts in the back and side zipper. Others make a good point about length, but you are young &amp; could carry off a shorter length with tights. Personally a no return policy makes me dubious, but if it's not a lot of money, I'd go for it! Once again plaid, I know... The measurements given seem to fit, do you think this could be a good everyday style for fall/winter/spring? Or should I keep looking for something that's a solid color and translates better into spring? Then again, most of my pullovers are solid and I could still get at least two or three months of wear out of it. </p>
