I think scrunching the sleeves as unfrumped suggested would be a good addition. I would probably add a necklace and maybe if you scrunch the sleeves, a bracelet. I never know what to do with short jackets over long or hi-low tops, but I think this looks appropriately intentional.<br />Maybe scrunch the jacket sleeves or turn back the cuffs ?
