I thought the same when I would see that jacket &amp; never even tried it on. Then after the Truth &amp; Pride I decided to try it on for comparison &amp; it looked better than I expected, but it is the fit that grabbed me. I am so off studs myself &amp; only seem attracted to the rock studs too, which are also too expensive. In this price range I was never going to buy this but fun to try on. The lesson is I don't buy either &amp; hope to oneday find one cheaper than Burberry but similar. The cropped length of Burberry isn't better than Truth &amp; Pride but fills a wardrobe hole for me. (Not a gaping hole but cropped light colour non black is useful) My black one is cropped but my sand one is hip length.
