I have resorted to things like this to get the effect I want if I have to. This product isn't paint it leaves a rubbery film on what ever you spray it on. I use it on bicycle tires to prevent cracking, get the color I want and so on. I've used it to color code wire when I didn't have the color I wanted. It's very flexible and probably would handle being on a shoe. Also you could simply mask off everything and only do the side of the shoe soul. It's a similar outfit but in black. I used a program to illustrate since this does't exist. I do think it could be made with a little paint for the boot heal.&nbsp; and some fabric for the shirt collar or maybe even fabric paint on the shirt collar I suppose. I love teal blue, it's my favorite color and I particularly like this shade. This outfit is so simple and clean but the contrast of the shoes just jumps out.
