It would probably be an expensive fix (time-consuming). It will be a bit more expensive than a normal shortening, but it's definately doable.</p> <p>If you don't like the flounce and it's too long, you might be able to have the flounce removed completely and just hem the dress. Depending on how short you can go with it, that *might* work.
