Thanks for the info Peri! I am a 32 DDD, so you've pretty much convinced me not to even bother trying.

So glad you posted, Peri! I had heard good things, but wear the same size as you and also always let the straps all the way out - guess I'll be skipping them and focusing on other prospects.

I did one order from them and returned everything. I haven't wanted to reorder because of a fit discussion/disagreement I had with a company rep. Nothing at all unpleasant...customer service is great...just a fundamental fit issue.

I'm a 34D or 32DD and in reading up on the website I came across a statement that for their D and above designs they had shortened the straps. That gave me a great big "Huh??", especially because I must have a long torso or something...on every bra I ever wear I have to let the straps out to their longest length and sometimes they still dig in. To have someone decide across the board that D and above needed shorter straps made me irritated.

I went on live chat with a rep and she actually didn't know anything about it. I linked the page where that statement was made and she said she'd get back to me with an answer. The answer I got through email was that the decision was made to make the straps shorter to give more support. Another huge "Huh???" because basic bra fit 101 says most of the support comes from the band, and that if you are relying on hiking up the straps to get the right support you are wearing the wrong size. It just seemed fundamentally wrong that a bra company would be talking like this.

Anyway, I still wanted to give them a try. But yep, every bra I ordered was uncomfortably short in the straps. I won't order again because they are supposed to be the specialists and are just wrong on 2 different levels.

This is probably more than you needed to know! As I said, customer service was good, and if you are smaller than D it's probably not an issue. It's just not a company for me.

Maybe ask on Bratabase? I haven't had time to figure out how that site works, but a few friends use it like a bible.

Has anyone tried ordering a bra from ThirdLove? The Mom Edit bloggers rave about it. Looking for opinions/experiences.
