However, you have to take personal clumsiness into consideration. First of all, there is no back to the shoe. Therefore any woman with a narrow foot (and I can attest, my foot is the ONLY area of my body that is narrow) will not do well with this shoe as it will have a tendency to slide off and could possibly cause harm. &nbsp;Secondly--the heel. A Stacked Heel is not conducive to --um. I dunno how to put this..but stacked heels can oftentimes become "un" stacked and start slanting inward. &nbsp;And if you are touring in a big city. Can you really wear them all day? &nbsp;I'll stick with Repettos! They had a ribbon running through the grommets that I didn't care for (see pic) so I just pulled it out and thought it looked more interesting this way. Not sure I could run through airports these days in them though. After a few more sips of coffee it hit me, they remind me of my workhorse shoes from the 90's when I was a road warrior. I literally wore them so much I wore them out, and re-purchased them three times. This is the only time I ever remember re-purchasing anything. I ran to the basement and sure enough I saved the last pair and they are still in great condition. Plus I found a pair of mules that I loved and couldn't part with when they fell out of fashion.</p> <p>So what do you think, give them a polish and wear or let them go?</p> <p>Your input is always appreciated!</p>
