I wish more of us learned such things earlier in life. My mom was very encouraging in many ways, but she often talked about being "fat" if her weight edged close to 130. Well, I'm 10 lbs over that now, so imagine how I am constantly combatting those thoughts! </p> <p>Changing a habit of a way of thinking is incredibly hard. It takes time and patience. I beat myself up for a myriad of reasons for many years.
