Who knew that a cobalt blue pleated skirt could be so versatile! &nbsp;You've given me some great ideas! I do think the weight of the top makes a difference with the floaty nature of the skirt. The color and the fabrication of the skirt seem more spring/summer but I see how footwear can make it work for winter or fall. I think the lighter weight tops make the most sense and of course, the denim and white blazers. All so gorgeous. I can't pick a fave but I love the column of color in the first few pics and the Breton with the stompy boots in 12 is super fun too. I love the lemon yellow combo and the printed button down--all sooooo good! I never realized I need a cobalt skirt!
