Both girls are in secondary school now and we don't see each other often. The lady turned her head, blinked and greeted back 'Hi! You look great!' That I have either thrown on too much stuff, or I am over-dressed for the occasion, which I dislike. I haven't gotten one of these since the summer, happily. This has been a topic on the forum before, too. Personally, I've never gotten anything but compliments. I used to work with a man who was extremely quiet and serious and once he commented on my dress. He said it was very "military." But I knew that by even commenting on my outfit at all, he was really trying to be nice, so I interpreted it as a compliment. I told him thanks, I like structured stuff.
