I think the hard part with flares is the knee break - it's always too low on me. My inseam is a 28 - I'm a few inches taller than you but I wouldn't be surprised if our legs are the same length. I like them a lot. They are mostly wool with a bit of stretch. Not lined. They drape nicely. I wear them in my normal size.&nbsp;</p> <p>However, I tried a pair on in the new urban stretch fabric and they were a disaster. My regular size didn't fit and the size up was a mess, too. These were slightly better than the other styles I tried on...but still not great in the new fabric.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>This pair you are looking at are not the newest version. These ones should be better than the newest.&nbsp;</p> <p>I don't know about the other pants. But I do know that the various styles of pants I've tried on by Theory have all fit very differently. I tried them on at some point and liked them, but I'm not sure it's the style I'd choose for myself&nbsp;right now (I'm trying to get higher rise pants to see if it makes my legs look longer).</p> <p>Theory sizing is always tricky for me.
