These are size 4 and they have a 30 1/2" waistband and 36" across the hip. I have a 26 1/2 waist and 36 hips (most of the time lol). I do find the rise just a touch shortl/low but I expect they may stretch a little and that will end up sitting perfectly. I'd say they are TTS. I put on my nude pumps to test out the 3" height before any hemming. Might still need 1/2" hemmed up, in the front at least. So, here they are! I don't know if or how much they stretch out yet, but a little would be fine. I would not want them tighter. Now I can't wait for the jacket to arrive! The first 2 pics with top how I'd normally wear. Last 3 pics showing the waist fit. PS Angie, you were so right. I like these ten times more than the Gap modern boots!
