'80s!!!! The balloon skirt is a cousin to the bubble. It doesn’t have the double layer so there’s a regular hem. You're all so kind!</p> <p>Suz, I was trying to read the many laundering symbols on the tag to mixed success, but I looked on Zara's site and it says machine wash, no bleach, you can iron it, and you can put it in a dryer on a low temperature. I think it also says you can dry clean. With that balloon gathering, it might be challenging to iron!</p> <p>AndiB, too funny!
