I do really like this guy- he was super fast, but did a really good job and seemed to "get"my fine, listless hair.(and he gave me a discount, so I compensated with the tip) I already made an appointment for 6 weeks out for a trim. I just usually confess it up front and tell them I'm a nervous wreck and I'll chill out once I see that they can do my hair, nothing personal just had loads of bad experiences. Breaks the ice and then when they do a great job I am always sure to lavish the appreciation!
