I tried wearing them together with a white belt, then the&nbsp;scarf you see tied in my loops as a belt, then&nbsp;with pearls (to bring more white up to the neckline--but every time I see my beloved pearls in a picture, I always decide the outfit looks better without them) and with and without my cream jacket. Every iteration just looked WRONG. I've heard the knack of making whites and creams (or navy and black or brown and black) to play well is to bring in lots of different textures or a print. Since I don't want to buy another piece to try to make these work, I've just resigned myself to not wearing those two items together. Although I am toying with dyeing my jeans with a strong batch of tea.
