Then I have never been able to pass up much in the cobalt blue family. 1-3 are fabulous -- lots of interest texture and depth. #4 feels skimpy to me. I feel like the colors work well together but the tank had too much volume to be tucked and would probably look better untucked with a hem that stops at the waist of the skirt. The tulle skirt is a fabulous choice.
