I posted to point out that we are still able to be in control of our lives even in adversity.&nbsp;</p> <p>Thank you for the advice regarding Italian/Spanish lessons. I will certainly Google your recommendations and have a look. Our BBC are changing their usual programmes to link up with youngsters off school and Oldies at home.: TV lessons for the former and exercise help for the latter. Anyone "in between" will be able to benefit from the new programmes which will include comedy shows. I do think it is VERY IMPORTANT to LAUGH &nbsp;occasionally as laughter has been shown to help in times of stress. Not easy to laugh with all that is happening at the moment, I know, but laughter has been said to boosts the number of antibody-producing cells and so to enhance the effectiveness of T-cells, leading to a stronger immune system. We all need that right now!</p> <p>I am not medically qualified, by the way, just someone who has always believed in the power of the mind over matter, and who has been said to have a sense of humour!!
