And now looser just feels better. I am right now wearing some flares and the thighs feel oddly snug - plenty of stretch though so still comfortable. Sometimes I wonder if I have gotten bigger, even though my weight is the same, because pants that used to feel comfortable no longer do. No skinnies here but even straight legs haven’t been feeling good to me. No barrels here either but I did add three pairs of looser fit bottoms recently. I may have a rep here for being a cheerleader for skinny jeans. This is not really accurate. I love straight jeans. I have never worn low-rise skinnies as they do not work on my body shape. I have a few skinnies with a higher rise but they have not fitted for five years. Well they fit now and I don't love them. There I said it. For all the same reasons some of you said; too restrictive, look dated, uncomfortable. High Five to all of you who feel this way, I'm now on your team. No barrels for me yet but Team Looser Jeans going forward. </p>
