I can vouch for the quality. It is luxurious. I got one in white and it is not even see through, which I find to be the case with all white tops these days. It is definitely not cut to fit snugly though. It fits through the shoulders and then loosely through body. It's quite a step up from a t-shirt I think but still casual. I initially liked this one from Express but it's cut really low in the back and it was a little uncomfortable. I have kind of a round back from bad posture. It also had a shelf bra which I think might be adding unnecessary bulk to my already ample bosom.</p> <p>Don't mind the skirt. I have to wear it on the second smallest setting for it to fit comfortably around my waist and not shift around. If I wore higher waisted skirts or pants and tucked in my shirt, it could possibly work as a regular belt as well. Since your waist isn't as indented as mine is, you may be able to double it as a waist belt and a regular pants belt with higher waist jeans or skirts with belt loops pretty easily.
