Especially because wider legs are coming back into fashion. These, to me, would be a great interpretation of wider leg for petite. Agreeing with IK that it is how you feel...<br />What I find about a wide cut &nbsp;is that it seems to require a bit of a heel to pull off the look. Agree with you that a more streamlined flare, like a boot cut could be preferable. Fit well around the rear.</p> <p>Have inside a band that is supposed to help create a smaller tum. Not sure it works!</p> <p></p> <p>CONS: I think the legs are too wide. I am only 5 foot 1 and I prefer trousers that are more narrowly cut even in the bootleg range.</p> <p>Length 27 ins. With high-heels they are a bit "short". </p> <p>Conclusion: You are quite right! I should try jeans on in a shop that has different brands/ranges.</p> <p></p> <p>(I didn't know what to do with my hands!!).</p>
