I watched the whole show and enjoyed it immensely.<br />It was hard to pick winners because there were so many really good movies this year. I still need to see Carole and The Danish Girl but have seen most others. We saw the Revenant this weekend and it was really powerful. There was some scenes I could not watch (it's a pretty rugged time in history) but it is gloriously filmed and, in ways that go far, far beyond the bear attack, you can really view the entire film as a rumination on the relationship between mankind and nature. I've never been a huge fan of Leo (except in the Departed) but he is pretty magnificent in this film. If it wins it will have deserved it.
