I wound up keeping the studded pair with ankle straps shown in pix 1 &amp; 2 here. I will continue to keep my eyes peeled for the romantic flat T-strap/cage sandals, similar to the ones that got away (pic 3), that I know are out there for me. If you see any, please lmk. But my other concern about #3 is the number of buckles - not for the look, but rather practicality's sake. I don't know about you, but I just don't have the patience to do up &amp; then undo sandals. </p> <p>I agree that the soles on #6 seem more modern, but your eye might need a little time to adjust to this first.
