I don't lose proportionately and there was always something off with the fit even when I got to goal weight. I bought a few nice suits there at really good prices. It can motivate and depress at the same time. At least that's my experience.</p> <p>Personally, I found it easier to lose the pounds when I put the focus on eating properly and telling myself that, as long as the general direction was downwards (or, at a minimum, stayed the same) I was doing OK.
