I would swear that my cat is gray, but when she rubs against gray dress pants, suddenly she's white. SO's cat is true, pure black (even her whiskers), but when she rubs on black fabric, suddenly she's a little bit gray. The moral of the story is: when it comes to cat hair, you can't win. Therefore, Maya, you should get whatever color you like best.
