And it was very nice of you to post your review/findings for others.</p> <p>My book shipped today (it was on back order) and can hardly wait to receive it.&nbsp; </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/the-michael-kors-gold-zipper-boots-from-nas-arrived#post-981192 Tue, 16 Jul 2013 00:23:49 +0000 Diana 981192@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>... and they are going back, but since some of you asked for a review, I took a couple of pictures.&nbsp; </p> <p>I am returning them because I can't zip them up all the way, and because the ankles are doing that galoshy thing again.&nbsp; My calves are 15" around and these are a size 8.&nbsp; The website say they are 13.5" but will stretch to fit larger calves.&nbsp; Apparently they do not stretch enough.&nbsp; It's possible a cobbler could stretch them enough to zip up - I think I'd need maybe 1/2 an inch more to be able to zip them over bare legs. </p> <p>The other fit issue is a common problem for me, in that the ankles are too big and baggy and make the boots look like galoshes.&nbsp; I had hoped the stretch panel and narrow calf meant that the ankles would also be narrow and fitted, but the stretch panel actually does not come down all the way to the heel.&nbsp; It ends right where the buckle is.&nbsp; So not only is the ankle too big, the change of material from soft fabric to stiffer leather makes it bulge out too.&nbsp; </p> <p>Other than the obvious fit issue they seemed quite comfy and the leather was nice.&nbsp; The stretch panel was a bit thin but felt very soft and comfy and not overly elastic (which looks and feels nicer than heavy elastic to me, but of course this is probably why I couldn't close them).&nbsp; </p> <p>Anyway, hope this helps! </p> <p>PS - Not everything I received today is getting returned.&nbsp; I also got Suz's book finally (It got delivered to my old address first)!&nbsp; Excited to start reading.&nbsp; </p>
