I want to wear if for work but it doesn't need to be overly dressy. It will be between this teal and a burgundy boucle wool (waiting on a size down to compare.) Both are a good weight, comfortable and nice colors for my wardrobe. </p> <p>I've decided to return the navy pinstripe blouse. Overall, I think it's a bit too long on me. The peplum hits at the right spot but the sleeves are so long and&nbsp;the opening at the bust is a bit too low.&nbsp; And it's pricey and with some nice toppers as alternatives, I think I'd rather put my dollars toward them. </p> <p>I am eager to get everything so I can make my final decisions. And then I hope to be basically finished&nbsp;for fall/winter shopping, with the exception of 1 or 2&nbsp;pairs of shoes or boots. Meaning that they fit, they feel good, I like the style, color, etc. But&nbsp;I don't have an unlimited budget- and I don't want the size of my overall wardrobe to increase by&nbsp;a whole lot- so I will have to make some choices. And I still have quite a few pieces ordered that have yet to arrive so I'm not ready to make final decisions yet. </p> <p>Lafayette cardigan- this looks rather boring in the picture but it is beautifully made and has some nice details, like a back that can be gathered to add shape plus a thin line of beaded trim. </p> <p>The Franco Sarto loafers in&nbsp;burgundy patent fit well and the color is a nice shade. I just need to review my shoes and pants to be sure the color works well. </p> <p>I don't wear much wool but I can if&nbsp;it's soft, which the&nbsp;Ted Baker&nbsp;lace sweater is, and it's also not too heavy. I've been favoring more woven tops lately but one or two new sweaters for winter would be nice to add.</p> <p>I got the Ecco sneakers in black and I love them...super comfortable and cute too.&nbsp;</p> <p>The navy pinstripe is a wildcard for me. Surprisingly, the ruffles don't bother me at all; I quite like them! My concern is the length of the sleeves. They look nice folded back but I'm not sure they will stay. I have to try it again and see if hemming is a possibility. </p> </p>
