There are three things: a pair of red shoes, a black brocade coat, and my big ugly skull ring. The ring probably gets the most compliments in total, but I wear it almost every day (normally not on that finger, though -- it looks best on my middle finger because I've got such small thin hands, but I've just got up and my fingers are still puffy!) so it gets lots of exposure.
