And I'm going to say the chocolate lace up booties because I love lace ups. Don't you have something like that though?

Confusing matters, I like #3 the best, but it's more my personal aesthetic, so you can ignore me! I'm just not a casual kind of gal and the first two would be way too casual for my own style. #3 is casual, but more sleek, more dressy..

I can vouch for versatility of cognac. The color of #2 should also be quite versatile, though I agree suede is limiting. I only wear my suede out in sunny, no rain, no snow, no salt on the ground weather. If you are buying suede, buy a more classic style you can wear for years and years, to get your money's worth. Actually, #2 is probably classic enough you could do that.

I like #1, but I think that's the urban warrior hiker in me :-). They're all nice. Go with what's comfiest maybe?

I really like #2, though I do see the potential problems with suede. So frustrating, that.

Nice boots. I don't think you could go wrong with any of them but I really like the cognac ones. It's such a versatile color--looks great with black, brown and denim. I like tucking my skinnies into my boots ti add some balance to my bottom half. The other boots would be better for wearing under skinnies or with rolled up BF jeans. I can't wait to see what you get!

I like the shape of 1 and 2 better than 3. The suede has a more rugged feel, but might not wear as well if you have a lot of snow and slush. They're both good choices, but I'd probably go with the suede.

I am considering adding one of these as a casual bootie. Pic 1 is a smooth brown leather. Pic 2 is a cognac suede. It will be worn with jeans and skinnies (if I can muster the courage). What would be better - the suede or the smooth leather? Or keep looking... I still have pic 3 in my sights and have tried it on in the store. It shows here as cognac but in real life is a brown. Thanks for any advice.
